You know what is a horror movie that everyone should love, that is legitimately creepy but then also totally insane that it exists? Is Chuck Norris' SILENT RAGE. It is like this weird mash-up of a Chuck Norris is a karate sheriff movie with a 1980s unstoppable-killer movie.

I caught that on cable one day.  The description said something like "Texas sheriff uses kung fu to fight unstoppable murder accidentally brought back to life by scientist.  With Chuck Norris and Ron Silver".  I don't remember exactly how many of those words it took to get me to change the channel right over to it.  I would've been sold solely on "feature Steven "Flounder" Furst as an inept deputy frightened of sex", but they just let that part be a surprise.

What she doesn't know is that Chucky has a personal score to settle. He's determined to finish a job he started more than 20 years earlier, and this time he's going to see it through to the bloody and shocking end.

That must mean Andy Barclay is in this.

OR it's someone Chucky didn't like when he was human.

I don't think Chucky liked anyone when he was human, except Jennifer Tilly.

Is he the original kid? That would be kind of cool. This is straight to video?

Yeah, from the first three. I think it's still DTV, but I hope they reconsider.

I want an animated short in the beginning to explain where his doll family went.

SEED already explained that. They all became human and his arm showed up in the mail to kill them off.

20 years later... Dourif's daughter playing the female lead... I'd say there's a bigger shot at Charles Lee Ray having a family that isn't doll-based than the return of Andy Barclay.

I didn't catch that Dourif's daughter was in the cast. I think you might be onto something. I still hope Andy Barclay shows up, though.

How do I forget a thing like that? Moreover, how does one remember it?
