' [NBC's Susan 313 will star Sarah] Silverman as a thirtysomething woman adjusting to single life after a decade-long relationship ends.  [Guest star Jeff] Goldblum will play the infamous ex [in the pilot].  The actor could possibly return should the comedy get picked up to series.  As previously announced, Lost alum Ken Leung, June Raphael, Harris Wittels and Tig Notaro will also star.

Silverman co-wrote the pilot with Dan Sterling and Jon Schroeder, who co-wrote her Comedy Central show The Sarah Silverman Project.  Brian Grazer and Ron Howard will also executive-produce.

Silverman stars as Susan Farrow, a singer/songwriter who gets out of a ten-year relationship and moves back to her old upscale Manhattan apartment building.  Leung will play Gene, a homebody who spends most of his days on the couch and Notaro will play Beth Ann, a new friend for Susan who has a four-year-old daughter.  Both characters live in Susan's building.'

Anyone here watch Downton Abbey?  Just watched the series and season 1 was great but season 2 kinda sucked.  That stuff with the Phantom of the Titanic was laughable.  Maggie Smith was still great though.

I got the 2 seasons for Jolene for her birthday, as she eats that kind of stuff up.

In the original spirit of this thread:

The Finder is also a real show. That did not get it's name changed before airing. (Actually, it may have originally been called The Locator but that was already a show!)

As if I didn't love The Finder enough already, this detail puts me over the top.

I wish the Finder was being watched by a lot more people.  I really dig this show.

Quote
' Less than 2 weeks after receiving Bryan Fuller’s script for The Munsters, NBC has given a pilot order to the Pushing Daisies creator’s reboot of the 1960s comedy.  Universal Television is producing the project, described as an imaginative reinvention of The Munsters as a visually spectacular one-hour drama.  Word is that the network envisions the new Munsters as a potential summer or event series. '

'  [The] upcoming reboot of "The Munsters" is now heading into production with a new title: "Mockingbird Lane."   [Eddie] Izzard will play Grandpa Munster.  Bryan Singer is planning to direct the pilot and will executive produce alongside Fuller, who also is writing the Universal Television-produced project.  Production is now slated to begin this summer. Edit. The Revolution trailer is basically the whole pilot.

Second Edit. All these other shows seem fake.

It at least seems like something that could exist. The rest are obvious losers. NBC is going to have to merge with The CW.

These look a little better or at least not as much like fake shows from The TV Set. Although they still kind of do. Nothing to really be excited about again this year.

I like Dakota Johnson. I wonder if we are in for a whole generation of awesome actors' offspring being in things.

ABC has a new sitcom on their fall schedule called THE NEIGHBORS, and for a split second, I thought maybe they'd picked up Tommy Wiseau's show.

Maybe it's the Aussie soap opera with a laugh track, which sounds like an interesting comedy experiment.
