I haven't seen it since then, but I remember 'All The Pretty Horses' wound up very high in my 2000 list. I was also a big fan of 'Proof of Life'.

2000 was the 1999 hangover.

The entire year 2000 was pretty terrible for movies. Apart from X-MEN and a couple other stray bright spots, there wasn't much that was good. I think if we ranked it, THE WHOLE NINE YARDS could make my top five.
Why wouldn't we? When did we start listing things here? 2006? Also, X-Men being a bright spot is all the evidence you need to prove a year was terrible.

Stop skipping ahead ten years! I haven't even finished 1990 yet and I need to be true to seven-year-old me.

Your head's not in this if someone uselessly saying what year a movie came out is distracting.

Josh, you gotta make a list so somebody else can back me up on Rutger Hauer awesomeness in 1990.

What year did WANTED:DEAD OR ALIVE with Rutger Hauer and Gene Simmons come out? That was the apex of Hauer Power.

WANTED:DEAD OR ALIVE and NEVER TOO YOUNG TO DIE were 1986. I've never seen the former but the latter is like a movie adaptation of a drinking game.

Oh, you gotta. It has the best end one-liner of one-liner movie history.

You gotta stop playing stuff up. There's no way this is true! You're setting us up for disappointment!
