I think my biggest problem (same with Great Gatsby) is that there are zero characters that I connect with. I need at least one character that I feel could represent me if I were in those circumstances.
Isn't that the entire purpose of the narrator, Nick Carraway?

So, anyway, the trailer looks amazing.  I'm a sucker for anything set in the 1920s.  "Gatsby" is a book I admire more than I like (Fitzgerald's short stories are pretty great, though) but, much like "On the Road," I'm drawn to the movie.  I know it's not going to be in it, but I love, LOVE, that cover of "Love is Blindness" by Jack White.  Christmas 2012 is proving to be extremely fertile with interesting movies.

I know tons of people who hate "The Godfather."  But I still love it.

You said once that you were working at the Virgin Megastore while JURASSIC PARK came out and you were disgusted by the hoopla and the big inflatable t-rex that was outside the store and didn't bother to check it out while it was in theaters.

I can't post here anymore.

And Dalton DID love the JP ride.  I was there. It was wonderful.

That I remember.

New Trailer.

Someone call Warren Betty.  I just realized that I want Baz to follow this up with a DICK TRACY film.

Stand up and yell it out "That's gotta hurt!" style.
