That was the first movie my parents took me to for me. No memory of it though. The first one ever they took me to was Star Trek IV. I love them both.

Isn't that ROGER RABBIT?

Maybe it's my generation then. ROGER RABBIT having all the cartoon characters I was being introduced to at the same time didn't have the "oh wow, it's all of them together" factor to me as it probably did the adults at the time. It was as exciting as CARTOON ALL STARS TO THE RESCUE was to kids that age. Us spoiled spoiled kids.

Yeah, I was about to pop in with the Roger Rabbit IS the Roger Rabbit of our generation but I forget there are people younger than me. I will say watching RR for the first time at 7/8 was a mind blowing expirence. I lost my shit during the Daffy vs Donald part.

This movie looks amazing though, so many great video game characters. I'm hoping they aren't showing all the cameos so I can be suprised when the movie comes out. There's a joke here to make at Limbrunners expence but I'm too tired to think of one.

I'm a little concerned that the non-reference stuff wasn't that great, but they won't mess this up.  It's Disney.

That's the 1st bonus fruit. But I thought those were Mr. Do cherries.

I like the idea of an 80s character being freaked out that videogames are so violent and grim now. This movie may make me get over my revulsion at John C. Reilly.

There are people on this board that should skype a review of this movie together when it comes out.

He is, hands down, one of the best actors working today.

We disagree on this point. He irks me.

BANNED.

This looks awesome, and now I think about it I'm surprised it hasn't happened sooner. Seems like a perfect thing for a CG feature. I hope there's a mad amount of cameos, Sonic, Mario and Street Fighter are obvious candidates, I want to see Alex Kidd, PaRappa the Rapper, Mike Haggar, Gilius Thunderhead, the Space Harrier guy, Ecco, Fox McCloud... Hope they're dotted in there somehow.

Walk Hard alone makes him one of my favorites.  Seeing Dewey Cox live is still a high point of the concerts I've seen.
