The fact that we were got to introduce The Shredder, and have a flashback of such harsh death in a TMNT book.  That surprised me.

Thanks for buying them, I had a great time doing them.  DONATELLO was hardest, because I was in NJ and traveling cross-country when writing it, but luckily regular TMNT writer Tom Waltz came in and helped me out.  I LOVE the art on that book, but I think I dropped the ball a bit with what I wanted to do.  If space allowed, the DONATELLO story was going to be epic, but we had to scale back.

MICHELANGELO, ultimately, I think, was my favorite, because it felt so entertaining.  But truth be told, 3 of the 4 TMNT books is what I'd give people when they asked for an example of my comic writing.  It's a fun universe to play in.

Is it okay if I skip it since I bought the comics, and don't have an iPad?

Just got all four, can't wait to read them (I would have gotten them sooner but I don't have a comic shop in my area). In case anybody hasn't gotten them yet but wants to try one out, on the IDW app Donatello is free.

For anyone else who was waiting for this to show up on the Comixology iPad app, I just got an email saying TMNT comics are now available. I purchased the Leonardo one first because I'm a big fan of Ross Campbell. I'll probably get the Michaelangelo one next.

I just bought the whole series on my Kindle Comixology app over the weekend, and it was the same deal as the IDW iPad app apparently - Donatello was free.

The collected Trade Paperback is out today!

I hate to open the flood gates, and a simple "Nope, I can't." is completely understandable, but any chance I could pay for three Lynch autographed TMNT TPB's? I would pay all shipping and any additional costs and put them up on a charity auction.

Not sure which charity this year, but in the past my friends and I have made donations to The Betty Ford Clinic, Alzheimer's Association, and Make A Wish.

I don't have any copies (had to buy the one copy my store got today).  Another problem is my lack of PO Box, so there's no place to send anything on account of I don't give my address out to people (I learned the hard way when I gave it to Sadecki).  If I get a delivery of them any time soon, I'll send a couple over to you, but it may take a while.

My guess is somebody showed up at his door naked "auditioning" for the non existent live action Angry Naked Pat movie.

I showed up at the door of a comics store this weekend to see if they had the Turtles trade, but I and the store were fully clothed and fully closed respectively.

I must know.
Amazing how some phrases cement bonds in the memory. I can't read this without thinking of Lo Pan or Inigo Montoya.
