Yeah, I think that's accurate. Jordy's a bit Donny, too. And I could see Sadecki being Raph.

Shouldn't Brian be Raphael? He's the leader of the group. Transformed from the norm by the nuclear goop.
I defer to the movie over the cartoon for turtle leadership roles.

In the movie, Leo is still the leader. Raph is just the leader in that song, for some reason. So you defer to T.U.R.T.L.E. Power, which is a smart way to go.

I always found it strange that Ralph was made the leader in that song yet in the comics/cartoon/movies it's obviously Leo. It's funny, that song led to many playground discussions/arguments for me and my friends.
By the way, I've been watching some of the old cartoons and I had a question. Why during like season 3 did Michalangelo stop using the nun chucks and started using the grappling hook thingy? Did the creators get some backlash over nun chuck usage or something?

I believe it had something to do with showing the series inernationally. Nunchucks are illegal in many countries (and even homemade ones can be quite dangerous if you're a clumsy idiot... not that I know that from personal experience or anything) so they changed his weapon to the grappling hook.

Ninjas are also bad overseas, thus Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles.

I think it's 'cause Raph is kind of the main character in the first one.

Yeah, but Sadecki does machines, so I had to go with Donny. Nunchucks <snip> can be quite dangerous if you're a clumsy idiot... not that I know that from personal experience or anything
7th grade, at a friends house. "Whoa, are those nunchucks?". 2 seconds later my friend was minus one chandelier.

In suburban Omaha of the mid 1980s, we used to find nunchaku stuck on street lights and tangled up in power lines. I guess the would-be neighborhood bad asses thought they were throwing weapons.

They've thrown up a building or two downtown over the years.
