I got my copy on my lunchhour - Brian, did you have anything to do with the Three Diablos short? Or any of the special features?
Either way, can't wait to see it again!

I picked up the combo pack at Walmart on Saturday. What was kinda cool was as I was checking out, the clerk and her clerky friend were talking to each other about it. One was saying they wanted to get the pack with the two DVDs (Puss and Three Diablos) and the Beanie Baby and that they only had one left and it was the same price as the regular two-pack, but she wanted that one because it had the teddy bear. I thought it was amusing that she called it a teddy bear. Then the friend brought up, "You know what movie I liked and it never came out on DVD? Remember that one, Hop, with the bunny?" and the other clerk was all happy then confused about why it hadn't come out yet. So I told them when it was due out. I just thought it was cool that their thought process went from Puss in Boots to Hop.
Aaand just watched the movie and some of the special features. Really loved the alternate climax with the giant, very funny and had a great example of 'adult' violence (inasmuch as I think kids would see it and think nothing of it, but the parents will be like 'yeowch.'). The Three Diablos short was absolutely fantastic and I really liked the trivia track eventhough I wish there was an actual commentary. But oddly enough the thing that stuck out to me most on the disc was an ad at the beginning for a How to Train Your Dragon Live Arena show.... Wow. I want to see it.
Still love the movie and how unique its tone is.

Dumb article that I barely made it all the way through, but I figured Brian might be interested in knowing it exists.

EDIT: Then I came across this. I haven't read it.
