Why does she appear to be reading her answers?

She is most certainly reading her answers.  Weird.

Being a newly converted "Whovian" (yes, apparently that is an actual word), I've watched a handful of interviews with her in the past.  She isn't very good off the cuff AT ALL, which is probably why she felt the need to have her answers scripted.

NBC is airing all three remaining episodes of Community tonight?   Do the Olympics start next week or something?

They are... but not in a block. They air one episode, then 30 ROCK, then the remaining two.

I think they just wanted all the shows to end at roughly the same time, but there were excess episodes of COMMUNITY because of the hiatus. Wonder if we're saying so long to Pierce for good tonight.

http://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/2012/05/29/qa-former-nbc-honcho-offered-jerry-seinfeld-over-100-million-for-one-more/

Fox411: It must be hard to have watched NBC after you left.

Warren Littlefield: I was outraged when Jeff Zucker put ‘The Apprentice’ on Thursday night at nine o’clock with the Donald screaming, ‘You’re fired!’ I thought, ‘Oh my God don’t they understand what we built?’ That was the final destruction of the brand. I was shocked. I’m hopeful that NBC will pick themselves up and move forward. I don’t root for their failure.

I really want to read this book.

It is great. I thought it was just going to be all Littlefield, but it's more like Live From New York with everyone involved telling anecdotes. Lots of Cheers and Seinfeld stuff.

I thought that meeting Kenneth's mother would ruin his running gag.  No worries.

30 ROCK is just brilliant, isn't it?  Makes me laugh out loud every time.

30 Rock is unbelievable. The Ed Begley Jr car sail joke almost killed me.

Tin Fey recently said (on Letterman, I think?) that she hates Alex Baldwin for losing a bunch of weight and looking younger than ever before on the show.  I didn't notice last week, but it stood out last night.  It's like his head shrunk in the wash.  In a good way.

Whaaa? No way this works. I kind of like the idea of reworking shows into every possible format before they are cancelled though. Very 80's TV of them.
