OK, I've ripped through the rest of the special features, and frankly I'm very disappointed to find out it wasn't Mr. Lynch in the athletic gear teaching Phil how to dance.

So I'm visiting family in the Twin Cities today and found myself in a very crowded Mall of America this afternoon.  The HOP trailer was playing on every video kiosk featuring a mall map throughout the wall and I passed well over a dozen kids running around with stuffed EBs under their arms.  It was pretty awesome.  Good job, Lynch.  EB, at least at the Mall of America, owns Easter.

EB was at The Grove yesterday.  He was on EXTRA or ACCESS HOLLYWOOD or something.

I got the HOP blu ray for my niece and nephew for Easter.  It came with bunny ears.

Ah, you got the Target one then?  Excellent choice.

I figured someone had to say it... Hoppy Easter!

My nephew says "Hop! Hop!" when E.B. is on screen and "Buck! Buck!" for Carlos.

It took long enough, I know, but I finally saw HOP! It was really great, Brian, I don't watch a lot of kids' movies so I can't really compare it to much other than The Muppets, but I thought it was pretty outstanding. I laughed out loud a bunch, and I was touched by the story, that's what it's all about! Congrats on such a great movie, Brian!

Gave it to the kids in their easter basket this morning.  Then right after breakfast watched it (again).  Might be a new easter tradition.

Question... was the scene when EB was psyching himself up in the mirror before going on Hoff Knows Talent a nod to Boogie Nights? (both movies also include the song Boogie Shoes)

The beginning of the scene was a nod to BOOGIE NIGHTS.  The double E.B. was a nod to THE MUPPET MOVIE.

I was in Philly for work this week, and one of my co workers had the jellybean "poop" dispensing EB on his desk.  Pretty cool!

HOP is on this Saturday night on HBO.  I'd suggest doing some kinda shit-a-thon (though not called that, hopefully) if I thought anyone would be down for it.   Either way, if you haven't seen it, now's your chance, for freesies.

If I weren't working, I'd totally be up for it.  I bet there'd be plenty of interest here to do it.  Even if you just did a Live Tweet during it with like #HOPonHBO as a hastag or something.

I'd lose followers left and right if I did it on Twitter, though.  Eh, maybe I'll just watch it.
