I keep forgetting this movie is even coming out this summer.

It's weird how unexcited I am for it.  And not because I think it'll be bad. I just haven't seen any "oh shit!" things come out of it.

The trailer in 3D was impressive, but I don't look forward to any "Peter's parents" stuff. Always hated that stuff in the books.

But Campbell Scott!! Have you no love for ROGER DODGER?

I can't believe it's been ten years since Roger Dodger. It's not perfect, but there's a lot of lines in there that helped me out post-high school.

I'm mostly only just-kinda interested, but then the part of the trailer happens when Spidey's actually cracking wise and my ears perk up a bit more.  I'll go see it.

This doesn't look half bad. That "you found my weakness" part was all it took to make me like Garfield 10,000 times more than Maguire.

Yeah, it's getting a lot of negative feedback, but I really like it.  No idea if the movie is good, but there are a lot of cool moments.  The beat you mentioned is my favorite.

I'm digging the trailer, looks like it really could be a good movie. I liked the wisecracking, felt much more like Spidey than the other movies. The parent subplot, eh, not sure about that. See what they do with it.

Yeah, the parent subplot is the only thing that's worrying me at this point. It looks pretty good.

Yeah everything looks good except for the tinkering with the origin.

That trailer is RAD.  I love it.  They've got me excited for a Spider-Man movie after the debacle that was Spider-Man 3, kudos to them.

I'm a little worried that every single shot in the trailer has CGI, and all of it looked super cartoony even when the screen was only 3 or 4 inches, but it looks like it could be fun.  I'm going to hope that, a bit against the odds, they're still working on the CGI.

Totally agree.

When Spidey speaks, he sounds an awful like Michael Cera.

It looked amazing in the 3D trailer I saw before the midnight AVENGERS.

Loved the bit with the mugger. It seems like they've kept Spidey's sense of humour in this one.

Still, doesn't look like it's going to garner the praise that Wes Anderson's would have.
