But with movies, doesn't entertainment = enjoyment?
I'd say no. PLATOON entertains me, doesn't provide much enjoyment. Same thing with sports games where my team doesn't win. It's entertaining, but not always fun. |

But is it a multitude of artists, or just banksy? That's what I thought all the clamor was about, that the whole movie is a hoax and there is no brainwash.
I don't think that's true but if it is Banksy is a double genius. And Mr. Brainwash is the greatest comedic actor of all time. It's easier for me to believe that it's not a hoax. |

Can't argue with that. My "artsy" friends who told me EXIT was a "must-see" all have the belief that the art show was never an art show but extra fluff for the movie. I guess that is all up in the air at this point. |

That seems like it could be easily proved wrong. They "believe" the art show never happened? What would make them think that? People who believe something is a hoax when the way it plays out is so much more believable than their hoax theory are strange. Same with the Catfish conspiracy theorists. |

I started to google "exit.." and one of the first results was "Exit through the Gift Shop Hoax". Haven't researched it though. |

I agree. It's a piece of entertainment. That doesn't mean I have to like it even if I I sat through the whole thing. Thousands of people a day are entertained by videos on Funny or Die, although plenty videos still get negative reviews. I feel like I'm missing a point here. |

As the theory goes, those who give a video on Funny or Die a negative review were not entertained. I feel like I'm missing a point here. I feel like you think "sit through" and "be entertained by" are the same thing. Which is not the case. |
