That's what I mean; it was the best-of-the-breed. But it was also, I thought, ugly and creepy a lot, too. HOT TUB TIME MACHINE, I turned the DVD off, it was such a bunch of filthy creeps.
I don't quite disagree (even though I enjoyed Hot Tub Time Machine more than you did) but I'm pretty sure Cusack thought he was making something a lot more akin to his contributions to that 80s comedy you described before.

Yeah, I'm with Luke. Mike getting punched out is one thing. But I don't want Ronnie being the one to do it. I hate Donkey Kong Jr
Of all the people there, I like him the most. This is a really low bar, though.

Really?? I mean, after that disgusting rage last season when he destroyed all of Sammi's stuff and broke her glasses, I wanted nothing more than for him to go away.

1) Diddy Kong maybe a douche, but not Donkey Kong Jr. To compare him to Ronnie is an insult to the Kong Family. 2) Ronnie maybe the the most insecure person to ever appear on television, and I can't find him likable at all.

The two of them are a weird, tragic, dumb love story. Emphasis on tragic. Dumb people, in their passion, are all rage, because there's nowhere for the expression to go. Not excusing it, but it is all just tragic. They are the only two people in that universe for whom "love" is an actual thing. It's a *broken* thing and they're like monkeys playing with an uzi, but still. The two of them are like the retarded version of WUTHERING HEIGHTS.

But by himself, the most boring. His whole thing is reacting to other things.

I agree, but he's fun to watch as *he watches the stuff going on around him.* He seems to have the only light-hearted, kinda-relatable viewpoint on everybody else's drama.

Vinny does as well, but his face isn't as funny as Pauly's.

Maybe in the beginning, but Vinny's a full-out creep these days.

I missed the last episode, but he's always seemed to be the most level headed person on the show. That's disappointing he's gone creep-o, but not surprising. I have no idea who is the most level headed girl on the show. I'm thinking possibly J-Woww, but that can't be possible, can it? I think it's safe to say Snooki is the most business savy, but...Why am I even thinking about this?

Pauly D is indeed the best of the bunch. "Taxi sono qui! Sono qui!"
