As long as season three is never released, because in my mind, it doesn't even exist.

I remember it falling apart real quick, but i don't remember why.  What did they do in the third season?

Shout! Factory will be releasing Parker Lewis Can't Lose, beginning with the first season, later this year.

We are currently lining up talent for retrospective interviews and trying to get our hands on as much archival material as possible.

Jerry no longer had his awesome jacket and they got rid of Lemmer. It just wasn't the same.

Also, notably, Parker lost his ability to "not lose."  Hence the title change (to just PARKER LEWIS)...

The charm of the show was lost.

I watched a bunch of episodes this weekend and this show totally holds up. It's even better than I remembered. They should do a reunion movie.

Have you seen the actors in the doc included in the set? The guys look like they're in their 60s.

Not yet. My girlfriend keeps wanting me to skip directly to it to see how everyone has aged, but I'm insisting that we watch all the episodes first, and leave the doc for the set-capping final treat. But it's sad to hear that everyone looks 60. So many of those actors (actually, pretty much everyone but Kubiak) never went on to do anything else, so I genuinely had no clue what they looked like today, and was looking forward to finding out. I wish you'd spoiler-boxed that.

In light of this information, perhaps they could do a "40th High School Reunion" theme for a movie instead of the 20th that I had in mind.
