Yeah, there are a ton of young comedians that could be great in it. It should just be a reboot sequel with Ray. Everyone else can be setting up Busting franchises in China.

Just give it to Apatow. He'll focus on the funny. Rogen, Segel, Hader, Hill, Cera. Whatever, all those guys. Just put a no ghost symbol on somebody.

This is an awful idea, but with Tintin-level mo-cap these days they could do Ghostbusters 3 totally CG and have them be whatever age they liked, and look 100% photorealistic. It's a grand folly, but it's possible.
I'd watch it.

Sure, like the video game from a couple years ago. It had all the original Ghostbusters in it and took place in 1991.

I don't remember Ernie Hudson being in the game at all.

Hm, was he not? I remember all four Ghostbusters being in it, but it's been a while since I played.

http://www.comingsoon.net/news/movienews.php?id=89258I don't give this a lot of credence, given that he blows off the question at nine times the speed of light, but he does say that it's a possibility. That's not a no!

At a certain points, geeks should definitely be mad at him. I was already that a year ago.

Kind of a sad day in my life today. I have stopped caring about a Ghostbusters 3.

I agree. It's time to move on. I just wish they'd get a lackluster part 3 with or without him, so Wolfe can have closure.

I've long since made peace with it not happening, I just thought it was notable that he didn't shoot it down outright.

Listen, they could re-release POLICE ACADEMY 5 with a GHOSTBUSTERS 3 logo and you will like it. You don't need closure.

I was just watching GHOSTBUSTERS with the kids and noticed something I never noticed the first 50 times I've seen it. Right outside the firehouse is a giant painted billboard for Stay Puft marshmallows.
Just sayin'.
