BODY OF LIES- Preview review

Saw this one last night in Pasadena. Pretty damn good. Leonardo DiCaprio plays a CIA operative and Russell Crowe is his boss trying to track down terrorists in Iraq and Jordan. Involving, fun story with some great twists and some ultra violence. Crowe is excellent as an egomaniacal yet world weary CIA man, and DiCaprio is DiCaprio as his man in the field. An actor named Mark Strong steals the show as the head of the Jordanian secret service. Look for him at Oscar time.

Check this one out in October, folks.

Mark Strong's brilliant. The best part of Stardust, rose above Tristan & Isolde, made an imposing presence in Syriana to the point where you wished his part were bigger, and left an indelible mark on Sunshine - even if you never see his sun-scorched face.
