The poop jokes were my favorite because I'm five.

It was funny the way the Asian guy kept apologizing like he did in the real movie.

wow... that might have been the least funny South Park ever.  I maybe laughed at one or two of the Tyler Perry reactions from Token, but it got old quick.

Did they get screwed over by that MTV comedy awards and are bitter?  Did that even happen yet?  Was it so horrible that it warranted this?

Pretty sure they won Best Animated Show at the Comedy Awards. And it was kind of fun to watch Eddie Murphy, Louis C.K. and Letterman get awards.

It sounds as if Viacom might've forced them to go to the Viacom-produced awards show to air on a Viacom-owned network.  They made a joke about how it was like getting an award from your mom.

The robot made me laugh, and the Obama/Tyler Perry joke was pretty great.

Not very good.  That said I'm going to see Book of Mormon on Sunday.  That I can't wait for.

I agree.

Really?  Hm.  I can remember loving the Loony Tunes/camp one last year, but then many people thinking it was awful. Even Jimmy wasn't that great and I always love him.

Yeah, I thought this one was kind of whatever. I did like the joke about black people being incapable of resisting Tyler Perry.

It wasn't outstanding by any means, but I LOL'ed a couple times (particularly at the Tyler Perry stuff, the Germans' silly accents, and Funnybot's introduction). They're not all going to be classics, especially knowing they're doing them completely week-to-week now.

Had they stopped doing them week-to-week at some point?

I was actually surprised they didn't get an Osama episode out. The did the Elian Gonzalez episode in a day, didn't they? And I believe they've done one or two others in a day.

I'm on board with anything involving what is essentially a joke telling Dalek.

No, but in the other runs they've always had a writers retreat and a bit of lead time to think of some ideas. Because Matt and Trey had been in New York working on Book of Mormon they didn't have that this year. There was, I think, maybe twelve days from when they left NYC to when production started. There's a great interview with them in, I think, New York magazine explaining the whole thing.

I love the spontaneity the show has, but Jesus you'd think they'd want to give themselves more time, especially after finishing the musical.

They killed Bin Laden in the Jersey Shore episode last year. After Snooki got all that smoosh smoosh.
