Yeah, I thought the meme one was pretty weak.

This season so far isn't exciting me. Nothing has been terrible, but nothing has been great. It's weird.

This one was just odd. The Jewpacabra stuff didn't really pan out, and then the ending was strange, especially since I can't imagine Cartman's reformation is something they'll stick with. But the Bigfoot Hunters thing was hilarious, even moreso now that I've learned this morning that it's a real show. Bobo is real!

I didn't even need to watch the clip to know how they'll handle it. Exaggerate/mock the anti-bullying groups, take a "kids will be kids, get a thicker skin" position, and ignore the fact that bullying is so severe in some districts it's leading to multiple suicides, as well as districts seeking to protect bullying based on "moral beliefs" (i.e. hating gays).

I don't know about this but I think there are serious problems with this "anti bullying" movement that ought to be addressed and Trey and Matt are the ones to do it. Can't wait to see it.

From that short clip, I'll venture a guess that their message is "Hey, those guys with the anti-bullying legislation are the REAL bullies, right?"

I think there are bigger problems with bullying in schools, considering a bunch of kids are killing themselves. But maybe you're right... let's point at laugh at the people against bullying because some of them can act like assholes sometimes. Let's give the "bullies" a break because, I mean, come on, what are they supposed to do when a kid comes to school dressing all weird and acting gay? Not tell him to kill himself?

I bet Cartman accuses people of bullying him, and the overly sensitive anti-bullying forces rally to his aid, much to the chagrin of Kyle.

It goes deeper than that but I can see this is an emotional topic for you so I will let it lie.

Now you're pointing that sass at South Park! I hope it's more elaborate than that.

Not really emotional, I just know how Matt & Trey handle topics like this and it makes me roll my eyes; "contrarian for the sake of being contrarian" is a pet peeve of mine.

I disagree that they do that though. I think they believe every position they take.

They manage to somehow shed the light and honesty of every debate so well, that the audience usually feels like they have Trey and Matt in their corner when in reality they are some of the smoothest non-partisans ever.
